i know this is for more of a summery style but ill be making mine out of warm fleece so hopefully that makes it more wintery
So lets get to the tutorial!Supplies You'll Need:
1. fabrics (i would recommend stretchy fabric so if you make it too short you can just stretch it)
2. scissors
3. needle and thread or sewing machine or fabric glue/hot glue
4.measuring tape of any sort (as long as it measure you can use it)
5. 8 pipe cleaners
First Step:
cut your fabric to about 33 1/2 long and 5 inches wide.
I used a makeshift ruler in the second pic cause of the front of my measuring tape was hard to see the numbers
. (sorry for derpy measurements the one should of been at the first bit of fabric
)Second/Third Step :
Put the good sides of the fabrics touching each other and than sew the big opening but the sides

Fourth/Fifth Step:
Turn the whole thing inside out, then fold the ends inwards like they have mouths

Sixths Step:
take four pipe cleaners (for each side so you'll have two twisted pipe cleaners) and twist them together and put them in.
Seventh Step:
fold one side in making it look like a cat ear (make sure the pipe cleaner is in the larger side hidden.)
Eighth Step:
sew the ends openings (straight stitch) AND you're done! let me show you how mine came out!
